I fell in love with movement and exercise when I was a part of a scholarship dance group in college that traveled throughout the community and performed choreography for public schools. After I graduated, I wanted to continue to make a difference by teaching people in movement and exercise. I didn’t realize that it was serving as therapy for me until I realized that it gave me strength through the toughest times in my life.
I have been committed for 38 years as a group fitness instructor! I want to be the catalyst to someone finding their inner strength and confidence about their body. Body image starts at an early age and that’s why I truly enjoy teaching ages 8 -95 because with each stage in our life we have to fall in love with the body God has blessed us with.
